All American CLs with the exception of Omahas and Atlantas. In other words use the Brooklyns and Cleveland. The CAs work nicely too except Wichita because she is made out of paper.

Adding to this for CAs though you need to give them a fast firing gun.
Most 6 inch guns are fast enough.
Just put Wichita in the middle, it literally is that simple to keep her alive.
Apparently remodeled Hamakaze even eclipses Yudachi. Like a torpedo stat of 500.

What DDs need most is exactly survivability though. I don't have Hamakaze kai yet but I think she will just be superior to Yuudachi much like Jabberin Kai because of the extra tankiness. If you need more deeps you can always equip the rainbow dildo.
Too bad she has a shit barrage and her skills are "wow it's fucking nothing" tier.
Yuudachi is good for a number of reasons. Her torp stat is just one of them.
While her second skill helps(the one from the retrofit), the first skill wants her comrades to die. Not good if you are going for an S-rank.

I quit 5 mobage on the spot after realising that they were really just chores in the end, not fun to play. They don't actually have good gameplay. Azur Lane is... barely fun. Collecting is fun (for now), and some manual play.

if it was KC it would have useless gimmicks every new event, so we could see something like a fun DD fleet or different mechanics about night battles, I'm not trying to compare KC or AL because although they are for the same audience they are focused on different aspects.
