It's an uncanny realization to walk around FFXIV knowing that virtually all of the dignified and armor clad female characters, sporting dangerous looking equipment and saying very serious-sounding things to others like "Hello", have a butt.

How do you take yourself seriously when you know that, beneath all those layers of armor, there's an obscene butt just sitting there attached to you? An eternal mockery sapping nutrients from your blood stream. Always at your back, ridiculous. A butt. It's not only an aesthetic paradox but also a point of physical vulnerability. Girls make weak noses when you touch their butts whether they want to or not. It's like a bike horn in that way, which makes it even more ridiculous. And every single female character in the game has one. Always there. Whenever you're trying to be somber or intimidating or thoughtful your butt is back there. Even though you hide it, it isn't a secret and people know it exists, so what's the point of that? All I can think about when a female character is trying to explain abilities or enmity or raids is the fact that they have a sexy butt and they don't even seen to be aware of it, or how ridiculous it makes them.
