I played it in Japanese buddy. The name "Anne" is transliterated into Japanese as アン or 杏 in kanji, which would be pronounced by a Japanese speaker as "Ahn," but in English, the name is still pronounced as normal.
Look up any Japanese celebrities with the name 杏, they all go by Anne in English. When Anne speaks in English in the Japanese version she introduces herself as Anne and the subtitles read in English "Anne".
All official merchandise from Atlus JP writes her name as Anne. Her name is Anne officially, and Atlus USA's shit translation is the only place shes called Ann.
