There isn't a new set of armor coming in Season 2 for Iron Banner nor for Factions.

Is the gear different for season 2?

No. They're adding new weapons and adding Ornaments on top of the existing armor set but there isn't a new armor set being added for Season 2.

Not a single part of this raid is a doozy. The only part that still causes issues for my group from time to time is the dogs not behaving properly in the gardens.
