honestly i'd stick with the +atk one considering the heavy blade eli's about to get and being better able to take physical hits, plus swordbreaker helps mitigate his average speed

Going for a specific character is a trap, going for a specific color is fine though since they're all evenly distributed as far as focus units go. Green as usual has the easiest time getting rares out of orbs due to relative color scarcity among all rarities of units, so that's never a bad color to go for. Red has tons of cool stuff but you will be shat on by commons by the truckload, still worth it if you're in need of good SI options though.

Is +SPD -DEF good for Henry? I notice it's a -4 bane, but his DEF seems to be the worst of his stats in the first place. I don't know why I'm getting +SPD with not -ATK lately, usually I get -SPD on my 5* summons.
