Applies a general damage increase with a bonus against armor (the most common protection I'm going to be using bullets against), can be upgraded to SAPHEI rounds, stuns organic enemies, looks badass, disintegrates corpses, stops regeneration, and most importantly, primes fire explosions. Just talking about it almost makes me want to replay ME3.
