I feel Hero Colosseum is going to be a catalyst, it's not exactly Heroes but it's a step towards it. Would y'all get a full blown console Heroes game, with all the gameplay, modes and characters of the arcade game, combined with next-gen graphics and a crazy story mode? Hell, maybe even add the customization (custom attacks, forms and missions) from Ultimate Mission X?

the problem is that it isn't dimps that is porting the game and updates to pc
they probably had a contract with QLOC that only included porting 4 dlc packs
renewing it for 2 more dlc packs took most likely a while
i am still annoyed by the fact that they didn't said anything about it until today

You combine 2 clothing items and an (optional) extra item to create an equippable stat boost that overrides your clothes' stats. It acts as if you're wearing 4 clothing pieces with those stats.

The rarity and stats of the clothes as well as the rarity of the extra item decides what you get.

Essentially, yes. The higher rarity gear, the better the stats on the Bang will be. They're used so you can wear whatever gear you want and not care about stats.
