Is Ninian the best user of Light Breath on a dragon team? I'll try to build one with +Atk -Res Ninian, +Spd -Res hayai Nowi, +Def -HP Fae (should I give her steady breath? Aether would cost me 20k extra) and a red dragon whenever a new one gets released/I get loli Tiki

I've tried a few builds with Noontime/Sol/Aether to heal back up into a skills range. Most of the time it doesn't work. The healing is too inconsistent.

If I inherit a tier1 skill from some 4 star unit that doesn't have access to the tier 3 version can my 5 star that inherited the lower version upgrade to the tier 3 version? Or does the tier 3 need to be inherited

Y.Tiki, Nowi, and Fae are the best users of Light Breath. Inherit both Light Breaths and Fortify Dragons to Y.Tiki or Nowi and enjoy the memes

Both would give +4, but make sure you merge INTO the one whose IVs you want.
