basically suppose you're running 2 curses and have to decide between a bolt and a third curse based on matchups x (where bolt is better than curse) and y (the inverse). running a third curse leaves you 0% good aganist matchup x and improves matchup y by 5% since you're already running 2, whereas running a bolt would benefit you by a 10% in the first case and 5% in the second case (what bolt being better than curse means is that the first curse is worth more than the first bolt, this is another concept you should think about),

The only decks that can are either D-shift, because enemy hp doesn't matter, or auto wins (so seraph), which dies to storm ramp turn 6 (turn 10 for dragon). Maaaaybe control blood since they don't care about the early game, you're still dead to storm dragon by turn 6.

Because Aggro Sword is literally the only deck it is good against.
Every other deck either keeps your board spiffy clean or has large amounts of Reach turn 5 and after. 2PP Mordecai doesn't care, Aggro Blood is now double top decking with Carabosse against Sword's 0 healing, Teatime Garuda for 6 face and a board again.
I hope they don't reveal the new set in NGE again.
