Must be placebo. Why the FUCK did they not just reduce all flinch by a baseline 30% instead of calling it "irresponsible" to do so because they've been finetuning it for the last 2 years

First cod since MW1, first time on PC, how come I can active scorestreaks on controller but not on keyboard? I have it set to 3, 4, 5, 6 like its supposed to and it works in the training area but in battle it never triggers even if I'm 10-0 with several thousand score.
