If your magneto has enough CD reduction you can stay permanently in in I-frames, it will just be boring.

I havent tried past 12-2 since it says my team attack is too low. How possible is it to beat a boss if I am 3k lower than recommended attack? Do character skills mean more than my dmg?

Yeah, he's good. Longer immunity on the 5th skill, 4th skill iframe becomes instant and lasts longer, 2nd skill leaves flame patches on the ground. All that plus the heal gives him the survivability he needed to go from glass cannon to just cannon.
