Reminder to draw your planefu so we can make a collage of them
The rules are: >black and white/lineart only >the plane flies from the left to the right of the picture >have fun
Isaiah Long
Show your work, /aceg/.
Austin Martinez
...
Sebastian Lewis
>implying i can draw
Asher Morris
That isn't a requirement. Just do it.
Samuel Cox
If the piece of shit that warcrimes submitted makes the cut, then you have nothing to worry about.
Camden Brown
don't want to dishonor my planefu anyway, what is lineart exactly? idk maybe i could give it a really shitty shot
Juan Davis
Lineart is pretty much what PA, I and X-29A Guy drew, for example. The outline of the plane and some surface detail, but nothing ridiculously detailed.
Hudson Reyes
Reposting this for posterity, hoping my perfectionism doesn't get the better of me.
David Bell
That one is kind of cartoony and cute tho. If that was intentional or not I can't tell.
The whole idea of the collage is to just have people in the thread draw them themselves no matter how good or bad they might be at it so we can compile a nice little picture for an OP or something.
>lineart No colouring or shading
Matthew Diaz
I'll work on mine tomorrow, it's past 1 am here
Christopher Diaz
Same here, I'm barely clinging to consciousness at this point. I'll finsih when morning comes, compare with blueprints and adjust contraste.
Camden Bell
>forgot to crop Well, I guess doesn't matter since it's a WIP.
Cooper Martinez
Good job though That bike also looks pretty sweet
Wyatt Sullivan
I went to Veeky Forums to get some advice for a WW2 periode-esque design to complement the pushprops I'm planning, they recommended a shaft drive instead of a chain one, which looks damn neat.
Brandon Long
I'll probably draw something eventually. I'll need to remember where I put all my drafting tools first.
Adam Taylor

I couldn't resist I know collage submissions are B&W only, I did this just for fun
Kevin Jackson
>I couldn't resist You should have, because it looks awful.
Wyatt Morales
It doesn't really work if you're not a Patriots fan. B+ for effort, I suppose.
Adam Nelson
Is Brady having a stroke or is this another falseflag
Christian Flores
Why would he reply to himself like that
Owen Martin
That's okay, neither could I.

Don't worry user, I still can't draw
Angel Young
I want to believe that AC7 will be released in March 2018
John Green
Here's mine. The plane is flying upside down.
Josiah Perry
I feel awful, I never gave the F-4 much attention. I really want to go play AC5 now so I can unlock the F-4X and give that thing a run.
Easton Reyes
They're great.

Found a very interesting archived thread from /k/, apparently some guy from a forum claims to have flown an F-1 in Libya. I doubt if it's legit or not, curious what you guys think about it: yuki.la/k/34257946
Benjamin Cooper
We're making a collage with anons submitting a drawing of their planefu. Check out warcrime's entry last thread to see the entry bar.

What kinds of panties worn by Princess Rosa, Mead, Brownie, Edge, Espada 2, Yellow 4, Melissa Herman, Rena Hirose, Fiona Chris Fitzgerald, and her sister Cynthia?
Luis Baker
Anti-G panties
Justin Wood
Protip, paint on a layer below the lineart to avoid those white outlines the fill tool creates The livery works though
Cool
This was posted here a while ago if memory serves. But no clue

would you prefer some pixel art I only did the camo

This one is better

I dunno if I should post it or not. My Morgan's flying towards the viewer
Michael Williams
Post it lah. It will be ching chong good lah.
Robert Adams
Oh my god, somebody else knows the XP-81!
Nicholas Foster
I didn't like the kill marks, so I've remade one of them. Last one, I promise.
Christopher Robinson
Might as well give it a shot at this drawing thing when I finish working. Be ready for disappointment.
Anthony Lee
Have you not seen warcrime's? It's good, imho.
Josiah Gutierrez
Can someone draw KAI KFX? It is in development by South Korea and Indonesia, the two countries who have the best air forces in the world.
Camden Jackson
It's just that I'm pretty bad at drawing and I'm always unhappy with how my drawings turn out. But since we're doing a collective thing and not a contest I'll try nonetheless.
Liam Ortiz
Currently at 10 submissions, well including the blank 117 png that was submitted first
Post it
Why not draw it yourself in the spirit of the thing we got going on?
Well, like you said it's just a collective thing for fun, no contest
>own logo thing I should probably do that too now that I think about it
>SM What do you mean with construction? As in it's being maintained or built? Sure that'd be cool.
>angle I got nothing specific in mind. Front/side low would be neat, you know from a person's POV looking at it. Or something like picrelated.
Ethan Cook
The F-22 with the F-35 wings
Ryder Collins
By construction I meant that I can figure out how to break it down in simple shapes, so I could draw it at (theorically) any angle without relying on reference. Something I can't really do with superior S L A V S T H E T I C S, for example.
Nathaniel Myers
That's also good, yeah try the lower angle then. I don't think I've seen it that way
Ian Price
On the backlog. This afternoon I'll finish the polo jousting one, I'll get to yours once I've finished the S.65. I'll do that, then. This sort of angle, right? Obviously a bit higher off the ground.
Kevin Lopez
Yeah.
Actually remind me to maybe put another racer next to it when you're done if you don't mind. I've just had this pitstop idea. That could be a fun exercise.
Nathan Nelson
This is going to be beautiful. Also, remember to use , I didn't like the kill marks on the older sketch.
Adrian Hill
Yeah I saved the new one.
Bentley Morris
Meant
Brayden Johnson
Sure, I'll remind you once I've finished it or while I work on it. >rereading "How to draw" by Scott Robertson as a refresher for construction Drawing the S.65 might take a while. I found an interesting tidbit about setting ideas for a design I thought I'd share, a template for design briefs: >GOAL: >Design a sci-fi hot rod from another world. >AESTHETICS: >Explore angular, nontraditional graphics and surface tran sitions while retaining a familiar hotrod proportion, stance, and silhouette. Strive for a somewhat aggressive and sinister look. >CONSTRUCTION and PERFORMANCE: >Investigate uncommon manufacturing techniques and advanced engineering concepts that might be impractical or cost-prohibitive on Earth. The power source should be an alternative to an internal combustion engine; make it something otherworldly yet familiar enough that someone looking at the design would know that it is a power source. Seating capacity: two. It could be a useful template for original design requests.
Ethan Davis
>section titled "Drawing planes" That sounds pretty cool. I might have to look at that book, is it worth it? I like the idea of it giving you tasks like that.
>The power source should be an alternative to an internal combustion engine; make it something otherworldly yet familiar enough that someone looking at the design would know that it is a power source Gotcha
Chase Barnes
It's very exaustive, I'd recommend checking /ic/'s download/artbook threads. The drawing aircraft section consists of: "Plane anatomy", i.e. control surfaces; "Visual research", just a collage of details from various burger aircraft and a short paragraph on how one must do studies of real aircraft; "Drawing from observation", aka using references; "Loose sketches"; "Paper plane ideation", extreme simplification; and a bunch of sketches followed by how to apply the construction explained earlier in the book to planes. The real meat of the book is of course the early parts. The later sections are just examples.
Camden Morris
The book doesn't actually give you tasks, that was just the design brief for an example of vehicle designed from imagination.
William Martinez
>top right kek
>top left Looks a bit like the Brigand from CS taken to the extreme
Yeah I might go look at those threads, google has nothing. If only for curiosity's sake
Shame that would've been cool
Colton Evans
YES. YAYO SAID THAT AC7 WILL BE RELEASED AS EARLY AS FALL 2018 OR AS LATE AS SPRING 2019.

U N D E F E A T E D Bottom right would have looked sane had the cockpit faced the other way around.
>tfw the crescendo hits right as someone on the radio yells 'WE'RE TAKING OUR CITY BAAAAAAACK!!!!!!"
That shit is hype as F U C K
Juan Barnes
Wasn't able to do anything in PS so I just made another photo with better lighting.
Aaron Green
It's alright I'll probably crop the photo ones a bit anyway
Carter Bailey
fuck, late reply. just applied some more details
Angel Smith
Post yfw you aren't Hamilton
That looks fucking FANTASTIC buddy, great work!
Nathan Collins
Well I'm curious
Ethan Price
I'm so late holy fuck
Hunter Bell
Holy shit that's really good
Dylan King
Pretty good though
Hudson Moore
Yo pilot user I submitted my original facing the wrong direction.
Owen Clark
I would've just mirrored it, but thanks
Ryan Cooper
I might redo the panneling on mine when I get back home. How many submissions are we at currently? What's the target number? I find the lack of F-15SMT/D disturbing.[spoiler/]
