its not an exploit its a feature they added so you can't be held hostage on plains by a single person who refuses to leave, they also added a countdown timer to doubly prevent that if people didn't know they can leave squad
if you don't want to leave the plains and the rest of the squad goes to extract you can also use the leave squad to stay

your game only freezes if it makes you host and your computer can't handle hosting plains, most people handle the migration just fine, I've never had migration freeze me on plains

At the entrance/gate go into operator mod then back to your warframe.
Now if you go back to operator mod again you'll be right at the gate. Problem is you won't/can't use your operator in the bounty cause if you use it you'll be back at the gate right away.
