The shitposters can easily ban evade and making new threads on Veeky Forums once isn't banworthy, not to mention that mods take their time to delete new threads made in here. The fact that Veeky Forums doesn't have a more specific set of rules even though it's quite a different kind of board just like image dumping ones is still a mystery.
