You're probably shit at this game or math if you can't manage that, a flood doesn't take ages to do, and if you have a kavat and booster you get a bit over 5k usually, a booster or kavat 2.5-2.6k, and even nothing is still a base 1.25-1.3k

These are all Warframes you can get within your first week with a little effort, the only one's not being guaranteed is Wukong and Nezha given they both need Nitian Extract, and given your limited star chart unlock, you don't have much in the way to catch those outside of being Taxi'ed.

Clear the starchart, grind a boss.

Build parts with resources.

1.2 million credits per hour, self sustaining supply of boosters (credit and XP) and the daily arcanes print plat. You'd have to be a moron to not run raids.

Not only can you get Rhino on Venus, he's actually a good frame across the whole game. By the time you're ready for sorties and his tankiness starts to fall behind how hard enemies can hit, you should be able to mod him for damage or crowd control.
