Does the game's community get better at high ranks?
I got mg2 and it's still trash, I just go voice_enable 0 because I can't stand the majority of teams. The game itself is fantastic but fuck I can't handle the community anymore.

There's less kids and mouthbreathers the higher up you go But it's still mostly just shitheads Like the other guy said, best is to play with friends if you do get along well with someone in a game, add them to friends and try to build up a group of people you can play with
