She's okay as a wave clearer. She has fairly decent NP gain with her two arts cards, and her 650% NP, along with her Buster boost means she'll deal pretty good damage. But other than wave clearing she's not impressive. But then most welfare servants are fairly niche at what they do, so comparatively speaking Santa Alter isn't too bad.
