I'm really stuck between Justice and the other water arcarum...the 7% seraphic style damage one with the 5 turn ramping buffs.

I really want to know three things: how does Quatre buff extend work with the 5 turn ramping buff, what are the numbers on the ramping buff, and what the numbers are on the Justice heal.

I'll probably just hoard mats until these are known unless some timegating bullshit forces me to choose.
