Rerolling is kinda optional desu, given how absurdly generous this game is with throwing free shit at you at every turn, I didn't reroll. Just look to get at least 7-8 legendaries as 7.5 is the average from 60 packs.

Ceres is nice to have depending on the meta, but if you're skipping on her then the best option is to go 2478 with your 4s being twilight and unleasher, since you'll always get value off of your 4 drop from Nep and unleasher is fine for trading since unlike attendant he can actually attack followers
