If you're just starting out, there should be some grand company leves you can do to gain seals. You can also earn them through guildhests, FATEs, and leveling roulettes.

This is a good way to get seals, but if they're just starting out unfortunately you can't do turn ins until you've promoted multiple times sadly. It's a really dumb restriction imho.

For a newcomer that hasn't promoted, the best sources are mostly what this user shared If you're leveling crafts, doing the daily Supply Missions & Provisioning Missions gets you dual yield of EXP for those classes along with seals. You get bonus exp and seals for HQ stuff too.

To add on, do the GC Hunting logs. They're one time, but they are a nice chunk of seals.

I was the tank.
Healer was continously out of MP, but they were a sprout so it was expected.
DPS died about 10 times each.
First boss was 3 wipes.
Second boss was no wipes, with me and the healer killing it from 50%, the healer did not DPS.
Last boss went surprisingly well.
Altogether, 45 minutes of Aurum Vale.
