From my experience of playing DShift t9 only happens if you really brick (full hand of destroyers, dshift, chimeras and no 1pp or 2pp to spellboost them). Otherwise you just owl, kaleido your dirt, masturbate with golems and concentration. I run only 4 hard removals(3x windblast, 1x embrace) in my list so I am not really dependant on enemy followers.

I don't play seraph but I used to play DAlice and just hold followers until 7-8, usually won against DShift being slow.
The nerfs do a number so I wouldn't be surprised if Seraph could pull off the same bullshit better.
I have faced both seraphs and DAlice post-nerf and always won - t8 shift is my average, t7 only really happens if you nut. I have so far only lost to nep once because I thought it's midrange and played around Eachtar, he was running some weird hybrid deck so I couldn't tell.
