Would a team of pic related and a bonus unit would be better then a armor emblem trio and a bonus unit or are there other factors that make armor emblem better overall?

There are so many things wrong with this I can't even begin to point them out.

She has Speed Ploy, after a debuff she can actually get fast enough to double shit naturally, and her tome shuts down attempts at speed buffing that don't involve Spurs, Goads or Drive skills so speed buffing can get her to a point where she can run Desperation instead with Fury or Darting Blow.

Rating shows you the total amount of stats a unit has, including skills. Arena doesn't take into account the bonus stats from skills which sorting by rating does.
Rating also doesn't take into account the SP cost of skills that adds to the overall score used in arena.
