I've stopped playing Overwatch because I swear my PC has gotten worse somehow and I don't understand why. For a good while I was playing Overwatch with AMD drivers that were crashing the game. I've since rolled back my drivers but I swear I lose frames from dumb shit like Scatter arrows and after a decent session of games, my game just starts skipping. Before AMD went retarded, I played seamlessly.

What the fuck is my problem and what do I do next to try and fix my PC so I can play on a constant 144 fps or more?

overwatch is a computer-breaker. People will lie to you and say 'thats not how it works lol' but its bullshit. The game is not complete at all, there are a crazy amount of bugs and glitches and with each new hero is a tonne of new particles that will cause your game to lose fps. Don't beleive me? Look at doomfist. he's been released for 5 months but he can still phase through enemies with his punch and the devs dont care. Each patch expect your FPS to drop by 20-30 if you're playing on a 100+ setup.

It's really a dice roll when updating your drivers for this game because sometimes a year old gfx driver will give you smooth fps and the newest update will fuck you unconditionally.

When Moira was IN quickplay I had smooth 69/70 fps with medium gfx, as soon as they put her into competitive it dropped to 40 and I had to change all my graphics to low.

When the christmas patch comes i'll probably have to quit because i cant drop my settings lower than low and this game is unplayable below 60fps

So yeah, I've been trying Tracer. She's fun but I don't think my teammates were happy with my performance. Killing Mercy turned out to be more difficult than what I thought. She always took me 3 or more clips to kill.

It turns out I can't carry a shit in high gold even if my main account is close to masters.

How do I get out of low bronze?
