The best part about gauntlets is the free shit they give out with the quests. Last time we got a ton of free orbs, 135 sacred coins, and of course feathers from the rounds. This time we'll probably get refining stones too.

If I have a Sheena that has Ward Armor, and 2 other Ward Armors near her, if she gets attacked, does she get the bonuses from 2 or 3? I'm not sure how they work.

Wards / Goads are like spurs in that yes they stack however many you got in range.

I know that they stack, but I'm not sure if the character being attacked gets their own Ward Armor buffs.
I was planning on doing Hector, DC Effie, BK, DC Sheena, but I'm not sure which characters should be holding my 3 Wards and who should have Armor March.

It works the same way, so no the one holding the spur doesnt get the benefit.

Reinhardt Cecilia Xander, they net me 4900ish score runs and every run is a deathless and I don't have to bother with arena. I'm not slogging through arena with shit units with high BST for an extra 1k feathers. Tier 19 is a shitshow and 20 is whale/tryhard zone.
