it depends on how you feel about the soma prime and the baza. it spins up to be pinpoint accurate, has higher base damage, but doesn't spike as high on crits. it does have decent status to fill in a bit.

The old Ogris and the old Torid had the same model, the Torid just came in a Green color while the Ogris defaulted in red. So that user is right, that's technically the old torid model. Napalm units still use that over-under launcher model and some of the Turrets use it as well.

The Operator's sex is only determined by what frame you use when you first finish the Second Dream. If you go through with a male frame you'll have a girl operator, if you do it with a female frame you'll have a guy operator. But once you finish the quest you can change everything so it doesn't matter.

Any weapon that can drop meaty gas procs reliably will nuke all the things. Ignis Wraith is more starchart friendly due to you just waving it in the general direction of things to pop all the spores. The status per second isn't so bad when you hit 5+ enemies per second.

Honourable mention to Zakti and Pox too.

Do remember gas toxin procs scale off the toxin elemental component, not the heat component.

thats not true. its determined by the voice you pick. you can change that at any time. in fact i dont have any girl frames because aside from gara whos new none of them can take a hit. i finished it with frost and have a guy operator from the moment you can see the operator and hear his voice

female frames are mostly offensive in some way and most of the male frames have a defensive angle with some way to increase damage but most of the utility errors on defense for male frames. chroma is a oddball without fixed buffs and doesnt even really count since ypou cant say what chromas vex armor even does without mentioning the color of the energy/element from energy. both have some cc frames like nova or vauban
