>TWO COINS AND A FUCKING BLUE

ugh

We were the Curse of Osiris all along

>There are people that actually paid for this garbage
AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

where the fuck is that sweet looking ship from that image collage

A-at least we can buy gear directly with the tokens now, right?

>tfw bought Hollow Knight for like $5
I like to pretend I actually spent $40 of my purchase towards this game on HK

link to a working database with CoO and filter, please?

Xth for still updating

>not having a consumable ghost for 4 tokens

the W looking one? it's dawning.

Also does anyone know if the heroic adventures are the only way to get forge boxes?

I resisted the allure of some cool shit I saw and didn't buy it. Not falling for any tricks this time.

>trying to finish my crucible milestone
>queue is taking a bit long
>finally start loading into the game, check the players before the match begins
>full team of 4 with the kda emblem, one guy has a fucking 5.6 and the rest are 3-4

Never have I backed out of anything so fast.

I'm holding out for a sale. Not going to pay $20 for something that still needs fixing.

>inteoduce area called the Infinite forest
>all enemies are simulations
>three different eras you can visit
>vex run simulations through them, pitting enemies and themselves against eachother against eachother
>no conquered part that is used for a hoard mode game type, despit massive popularity when they did it in Halo
With everything else that has been going on, I'll surprised if we don't see some people losing their jobs in the coming months. What is even going on in the meetings where they plan things out?

what did gook moot mean by this?

>not just afking and watching pornhub
what's wrong with you?
milestone doesn't require wins

He gave me a choice of three boxes after I turned in my first gun. It will take 20 strikes/crucru matches and 20 events/chest lootings to finish at the very least.
wtf Bungie

with the karnstein armlets now useless, are warlocks no longer immortal?

...

>25 Competitive wins to get the Season Crucible helmet

praise be

That gun any good btw?

when's the next faction rally?

Fucking hell Bango what are you doing?

The game is still boring shit with no content and no reason to play beyond the weekly milestones
>Armor is still 99% cosmetic
>Perks choices are still limited in a retarded fashion
>No random rolls, so no gear chase
>Exotics still suck ass
>No new subclasses
>No new classes
>Pvp is still boring team shot cancer

DLC
>20£
>A microscopic area and a short ass "story" that can be done in two hours
>Fucking Eververse seems to be the focus

Are they just trolling at this point?

It's fun.

I got it and the mchina dei 4 and I think I like the 4 more. They were both worth the public events tho imo

aren't the random rolls going to be in the "masterwork" slot now?

Karnsteins aren't useless, just not immortal OP as they were. Same with striker and pulse grenades, also devour and a sword.

What's going on is people asking "What can we do for the least amount of effort but the most amount of money?" from the Eververse to the Crucible, every part of the game has that question and what we have now is their answer: Release an unfinished game, "fix" it with dlc, add lootboxes for icing on the cake. Just like D1 the dlc will "fix" everything and be praised "Oh Destiny sucked until Taken King, then it was amazing! They fixed everything wrong with it!" but now "Oh Destiny 2 sucked until Queen's Ascension! They fixed everything wrong with it!"

Yeah that shit isn't going to be in a small DLC, especially one that they've already been working on probably since just before 2 came out. All those things you listed probably wont be properly addressed till 2's comet DLC. Thinking they can or will start adding that in CoO is naivety.

/dg/ hated my last look, we making improvements yet or?

I hope Xur sells the Protheus Lens or whatever it's called, Crucible might actually be fun for a week before it gets nerfed. Like when Atheon's Epilogue was turning people to dust.

would look better with the mag pouch chest

CoO was probably 85% done when destiny 2 released, just the polish and fixes were left. The second DLC is probably also 75% done, just polish and fixes. You're absolutely right, we won't be seeing anything until our next big DLC, maybe the fall of next year at the earliest.

But my recovery user.

everything but additional armor is useless

...

what are those pants? the boots look like they're made of bioware hair textures.

new orpheus rig ornament

Yeah it's a nice cohesive look, the color scheme is understated and that's okay.

Fuck, that looks awesome.

revving up my credit card right now

but its a beta

I literally have more legendary sparrows than I know what to do with because of bright engrams

dismantle them if you don't like them
they turn into bright dust so you can buy stuff from the shoppe

thanks reddit

What a fucking mess this expansion is.
Bungie must be breaking down form the shitstorm.

>Bungie enemy design

Sweet gentle jesus the buff to the Halfdan is nice. It's really useable now.

So is Thor a Striker or a Stormcaller now

...

Y'all should get into voidlock. Half my crucible matches are blinks behind u with an smg and a sidearm. Shit don't always work but fuck is it fun. For whatever reason almost every map has long corridors perfect for corner peak and radar makes it impossible to flank anyone halfway competent.

sword with blink is edgy as shit but still hilarious how often running at some one then blinking behind them and slashing them works

>reddit actually likes sagira

>Ammo goes through the hole
It's like they're deliberately doing it at this point.

thor is a stormcaller now

I might try that, but flying over people and thunderbolting them from a dozen meters in the air is just so fun...
She's not completely obnoxious, but I wouldn't take her home with me.

That sweet vex titan armor is eververse.
I shouldn't be surprised but I'm still upset.

>trailers and bungie streams depicted this as the vex converging on Mercury to do some vex shit
>in reality we only see the descendants and precursors twice each
>some villain with 0 setup (seriously, I've killed him 3 times and cant be fucked to remember his name)
>bungie somehow made a patrol area smaller than the moon
>1 (one) lost sector
>cant get into infinite forest from patrol
>heroic strikes have no modifiers and have no scoring
why hasnt bungie gone under already

gosh damn this game is boring. I didn't even finish the new campaign yet..I don't really want to

I don't really see how this qualifies as new content since its just shooting the same enemies in same looking geometric hall ways

So is Sunbreaker good again? If so what path is the best?

i was kinda hoping itd be like diablo-eqsue like the rifts and grifts but lmao fucking wishful thinking

>bungie somehow made a patrol area smaller than the moon
do you not remember the Dreadnought?

that's a Destiny 1 scout rifle

At least part of one

I enjoy heroic strikes.
Best part of the update imho.

Although it would be nice to have more than 1 strike on the heroic rotation.

>hey guys, remember how the soft cap was 265?
>and you had to grind out exotics and powerful rewards to get higher?
>and you hoped that the drop was a slot that you needed to upgrade?
>and if it wasn't, better luck next week?
>yeah, new soft cap is 300, so fuck all of your work over the last month or so.
>new cap is 335, so go do the same thing. go, fetch boy.

Has anyone else noticed that Striker titan tackle no longer ignores vertical momentum and that the solar melee energy explosion applies a big knockback now?

If the Vex had this giant fucking Vault of Glass style mega-reality bending bullshit taking up the core of Mercury, how did the Red Legion just sorta waltz up and install a planet eater on their shit with seemingly no resistance?

is this your first mmo?

>Timely Dance
>bootleg version of the Manderville Dance
gabrage

You think Bungie's ever gonna realize how dull they're making the game by stripping away the rpg from the game?

Plot crevice. Like a plot hole, but much larger and yawning.

They wanted to kill the sun as well, so they didn't care that the cabal were doing it first.

Need a link to the PC clan discord.

was always fine to me. Siegebreaker path is pretty damn good with healing and sunspots actually being useful for super extension.
Top path is extremely good for mass mob clearing

>destiny
>mmo

So am I just missing something here? I’ve been playing strikes for hours and haven’t encountered either of the strikes once, just same exodus crash over and over again.

>He doesn't recognize Rocky Horror when he sees it

For shame, user.

youtube.com/watch?v=tkplPbd2f60

well it seems the vex can only simulate realities based on variables they know to exist
if they don't know about a world eater, they wont simulate one
which means their simulations actually are kind of terrible

The vex literally, LITERALLY already knew those faggots wouldn't win and so they gave no fucks

can someone give me a rundown of the light level and activities i should do before using milestones?

Because they knew we'd stop them anyways.

It has many mechanics in common with MMOs.
Including how it item level/power keeps increasing when new patches/DLC release.

They wanted to kill the sun, yes, but they didn't want the sun to blow up and destroy their fancy reality simulator.

You think so? You can see dead Vex inside the sun destroyey thing, so I guess they checked it out but I don't think they can simulate Guardian's since they don't understand the light. So really it could have gone either way as far as they know.

The Infinite Forest is "What can we do for the most amount of money and effort for the least payout possible?".

When you make any kind of procedurally generated level, be it completely random or arranged from premade blocks, you want to make the most out of it by placing repeatable activities in this area. It takes a lot more effort to make such a system than plonking everything down on a fixed map, so it better be worth the time. People are supposed play such things with the same generic objectives while enjoying the random or semi-random maps keeping the experience fresh. But no, instead of figuring out how to make it a public space of some sort they relegated it to adventures only. Using the technology for lost sectors would have been a better idea than this shit.

Bungo is just too fucking dumb, they are a developer that consciously takes steps to do the EXACT OPPOSITE of common sense. I have no idea how they manage to keep doing it.

Pre-patch, it looked like this.

Just replace 265 with 300 and it should still work.

Used to be hold off on turning in tokens to vendors until 265, the old soft cap, to get to 270, then doing exotic weapon quests and milestones. Soft cap got raised to 300, so wait until then. Up until 300 blues and purples will still drop higher than your light level.

I got a 318 rocket launcher just for doing the story so im not sure when I have to use milestones

Jesus Christ the heroic trigger for the new event makes no sense

Shoot the flying crystals while on the platforms? lmao

1 of 2

The super kill challenge for Competitive is so annoying.

why do you think so

>Don't do it fast enough, the platforms disappear
>Or if you're playing with brainlets, they can kill the boss and finish the event before you even get the last crystal to spawn

2 of 2

>All three of them were stormcallers.
>All three of them had their supers up for the last three rounds.
>They never used them.
Sometimes I just don't know.

>328
wew fuck me highest I have is 316 Rocket launcher

I didn't get good shit from Vance after finishing the story

It just take a long time, and the round based nature means that you won't get very much done.

We all know what the perk is right? Or do I have to screen that too?

The price drop makes perfect sense now. Only half of the game would be remaining after the DLC launched, so half price.
