Anyway rerolling is easy, there's a file in the game folder you can delete and it resets your account without having to download making one roll per 5 mins or less, just search for it in google there should be a guide on reddit or something.
The game doesn't give you enough for a 10 roll when you start out so good luck rolling for multiple 4* tho.
I doubt many people here reroll anymore. Not sure if they still bother with it, but you can check that one place, Leddit, I hear they used to have something for reroll accounts.
