They do, at least for BE and Mobius. I have no idea if RK even does collabs, and if you're referring to other mobage you're even further out of luck.
The period cycle for BE is very long though. Mobius is a bit shorter, but the only collab with it so far is RK I believe.

RK has entered a strange time. Where once all characters were good if you had relics for them, and you could pick the ones you like, nowadays a character's LD and ability repertoire are way more important. It's not as easy to assign value to classes of SBs anymore, you need specific ones.
