I'd save them. The legends range from good to top 5, but the boosted classes are awful. Day 1 was a safe pull day because of the snake sisters, Neptune, Croc, TS Brook, etc. in the pool.
I'd just wait, New Years/Anni is bound to be better than day 2.

Only GPU and Alvida specials are maxed, everyone else is at level 1. I have a max level Sandersonia for boosting too, but Fukaboshi's base CD is shorter and I'm not sure if I'd have enough time to stall
If your GPU is maxed you can use him on stage 4 and have him ready for Doffy. You can get some extra stalling from that for your Sandersonia.
I reckon you can do it.
The axe guy in stage one only locks a unit the first turn so you can stall there. The giant in stage 3 boosts atk by 200 and skips his attack if you get him below 20% too.
