If the bunker is over half full of stock and inactive, a timer starts ticking down for NPCs to come and fuck you over. Buying the security upgrade doubles that clock. Seeing as there's no benefit to filling it up all the way (and you can't sell more than 1/4 full solo anyways without risking losing some of it to an impossible mission) it should never be a problem.

MOC is for the meme vehicles. Get the upgrades first, so the damn thing can actually make you some decent money. Then put that money into buying the MOC+Upgrades and fast tracking Research (using supplies for research is less efficient than using them for stock and the money for research once fully upgraded.)

fill vehicle warehouse with all low, and medium price vehicles. then grind high end cars for an easy 80k every 20 minutes.
also do vip missions in between cooldown timer
