You can easily PUG them all. The only difference between heroic and normal that I have noticed is mobs hit a bit harder.

You can solo all of them, but the timer will probably run out (as far as I can tell, this does nothing besides annoy Osiris). The giant Cabal one is a huge pain in the ass though, and the daily modifies for the heroic adventures are very annoying.
