I'm considering on getting F.Sochie, but I don't quite get how her third skill works. The description on the wiki is kind of confusing.

The moment she starts dancing, does she perpetually give DATA? Or does the dancing only give her a special stackable status which will get consumed upon turning off the dance and only then will the DATA buffs apply?
