You have decent teams for every element user. The only way to improve them is to make gw 5*s or to pick a character with your dick to fill a niche like vira/magisa, silva, rosamia, etc. Just look at some random tier list and let your dick choose.

Metera is fantastic, but her proficiency is something that stick very bad in current fire meta. 70% echo on 6/7 cd is something that cannot be ignored though.
I don't have Silva, but my friend keep saying that she's monster. 75/75 crit make her meh in off ele fights, but if you want to explode magna/ex and even low level nm, including xeno, it's hardly to find someone better than her. At least that's what I heard.
