Gameplay is leagues better than IV but the world building and story quality in general goes down the drain.
It goes on sale all the time so there's no rush.

I wonder why they remove Mikado, Alternate Tokyos, and the Monochrome Forest because they were the most interesting parts of IV. Tokyo is just pretty boring because every human is too busy whining about their problems while Demons seem pretty chill to hang out.
