Champion balance is in flux anyway. Flavor of the month players have gotten their champions nerfed in EA dozens of times. There's no guarantee that the current status quo won't change, so picking a character you legitimately enjoy is a better long term investment than one you pick solely to boost your winrate.

He is actually quite weak, which is a shame, legit one of the most fun Champions to play.
