That's a modded weapon, it's not a vanilla weapon. What are you trying to prove? Prior to this CC update, you could not have alternate in-game textures for vanilla weapons.

I don't know, I decided to ignore Preston and Concord, and go to Nuka World as early as possible, since i wanted to have max INT for quick levelling I didn't have too many points to spare, and ended up with 1CHA

Why does pretty much every weapon mod for Fallout 4 have a slew of bugs? NV had entire weapon packs and I don't remember any of them having issues.

Almost none of which are game breaking, most of which are due to retards not knowing the basics of installation, and the fact that CC mods are just as buggy. The only difference literally is that you're paying for the CC version.
