Water Yuel would be the correct choice Magisa isn't a terrible choice but it's not the most meta fire character. I personally think Magisa's better than Grea, she's kinda useless after her dragonforce buff goes out. Korwa isn't really needed as you already have good enough wind characters, and she doesn't see that much play in other elements nowadays.

For the most part yes. Fits in all elements, 100% cut with phalanx. Good stat stick in fights where summons are irrelevant (next level below Luci/Baha tier stats). Might only get set aside on hyper-offensive fights where you might want 2 Superbuncles, 7% arcarum and if the last slot is tied up with something like Shiva or Bahamut.
