Kaga's games all have garbage gameplay anyways with the only note-worthy one being Thracia because it introduces a lot of new (albeit extremely unpolished) mechanics. And the Judgral series is the only one with any good story.

FE4 seems like a logical next step, or perhaps a revisiting of Marth's games in the proper FE3 format with two Books, but I think someone mentioned in an interview that they'd like to make a FE6 one next and it does make sense to try and cash in on Roy.

Roy's game really could use a revamp with how experimental and all-over the place the original GBA title was. Roy promoting early, for example, would help out alot along with massive rebalancing of the units that join you.
