Dude, it's just a reference. If Tone Works declare certain heroine canon, there would be wildfire everywhere. There should be references for other heroines in other routes, but Hoshi Ori is the most apparent in Mizuha route because MC and her go to Shionagi for Japan skating championship so she could go to the Olympics. Also Mizuha's scenario writer is also doing Rikka's scenario in Hoshi Ori, totally not biased to his own creation there.
