The cost reduction is worthless. For you to be able to play a raw Genesis you need to be stabilized, and that generally happens when you already are at 10PP.
This card is Genesis with -1/-1 stats, so it's not better. It's still great and it's definetely going to see use, especially in Dread Queen combos, but it's not better.

Genesis is better for the Queen combo, but Azi is a more versatile card because you can play it alongside removal like Blazing Breath.
I think people will still prefer Genesis in Unlimited because 16 vs 18 damage is a significant difference.

I'll admit most hopes I had for rotation to correct the mistakes of the past are dead. At this point it depends entirely on whether the mission system gets revising to be 'play' instead of 'win'. If I can just meme is peace in unranked I'll keep playing from time to time, otherwise I'm not interested in ToG meta version 2.0.
