Every update valve has made that affects pyro in the last few years has made it very blatant that they want pyro to be a brainded W+M1 class with no alternative playstyles. Nerfing the degreaser, nerfing the flaregun, nerfing the axtinguisher, buffing the phlog, leaving the backburner as a direct upgrade crutch for shitters who don't know how to airblast anyways, and now the pyro update, valve has made it very clear that this is what they want pyro to be.

They fixed the particles shit, now all they have to do it to make the damage scale with how many particle hits, rather than the current system that just promotes spreading like a retard

Cowmangler is fixed. Pyro is "viable" in low level play. Demoknights, I don't know, but maybe you're just playing cancer lobbies.

it's exactly the same but the cow mangler is just like stock but a few differences

Depends, the usual heavy player is dumb as a brick but the class is quite powerful. Look at what 2 heavies 2 medics does to the enemy team

I'm an intelligent heavy main and I feel like these changes make me less efficient
The trick to being good at heavy used to be holding m1 even when you didn't have any enemies to shoot, just to keep your spread in it's minimum state. This led into other heavies getting out-damaged by me because they were only revving their minigun instead of actually shooting it.
Right now they simply made heavy easier to pla and thus more predictable.

He's not going to have time to do that unless you're doing it literally right around the corner of the nest, in which case you're probably going to die because if they have a nest there, there's probably going to be enemies

Atomizer got buffed to do more damage, PBPP got nerfed (it scales how much health it gives you based on the damage you deal instead of always being 7HP), Backburner is less retarded with Pyro's particles though Pyro's particles as a whole are still retarded, Quick-Fix Medics now fly with Thermal Thruster Pyros.
