Moonkin and Elem shaman get a self-healing spell that makes you go OOM after ~5 casts and kills your DPS in order to use it. They recently buffed their defensive self-heal trait because it was that shitty but still pretty shitty. Moonkin can get a nice self-heal if they use the legendary boots but it means giving up a legendary slot.

well, neither are really hard to get (920 and 2 legendaries)
i had both week 2 of hitting 110 on my mainswap right as the last zone of argus came out
should be way easier with antorus out, since lfr drops 915 gear, combined with legendaries, warforging, and artifact ilvl you can easily exceed 920
