It's 5000 rubies, not cash. First 4k rubies you buy is $18 and can easily get 1000 from ingame before 3 days are up. It'd speed things up a bit in the beginning but I wouldn't call it an act now or forever regret it kinda thing by any stretch, game gives you a free 5* after a week anyway.
