basically you want as much efficiency and duration as possible
high duration with a low enough cost, so your current zenurik mana regen is higher than the cost needed to cast invis. No investment in frame needed at all.

you can do it without the mods shown here, but the duration will be much lower / not as sustainabl. Currently i have like 35?secs of invis everytime i cast

if you dont have zenurik yet its harder, energy siphon helps but its not really enough, so you'll need to open crates/kill mobs along the way and hope that energy orbs drop out.Or use energy pads.
