Something I've been pondering is the rarities.
We've got 3, 4 and 5 star from gem gachas.
According to the party page, there are going to be one and two star cards (you can choose them as target rarities when you ask it to make a team for you.
So what's going to be the deal with the low stars? I'm guessing it'll be coin or Kirara gacha, not gems.

How do you get more stamina? Besides waiting.

Using your Golden, Silver or Bronze watches in the Stamina pop-up menu (you can use gems too). I'd suggest you to save them.

Use those clocks, which I would not recommend now since they're percentage based. Tapping girls in town also adds 1 stamina each.

They would become so much better at higher ranks, if you are desperate to keep playing use a golden one here and there, but save some until they properly announce the first event.

Is it always better to have a weapon equipped or is the base weapon for a 5* character better than the 3* weapon at the Blacksmith?

The only downside is the extra party cost

Save them simply because there is nothing good to spend AP on yet. The EXP seed dailies won't need watches either, since it doesn't take much to get your girls to level 50.

How do you use Kirara during battle?

She has a strong attack skill, but obviously not as good at it as the fighters. Still, between her taunt and Yuno's heals that should be enough to stall through harder fights. Just get mage supports for AoE until you can use the prereg Aoba.

So does taking your friends as a support actually do anything? or is it just there in case you need help

You can swap any of your characters with it temporarily

user they literally showed it in the tutorial

Click them in the bottom left of the battle screen and they'll swap in. You get to use random supports for one attack and friend supports for 3.
