If Tharja has Close Counter I think that means we'll be getting another Distant Counter unit soon, they're probably trying to build a ratio for the rarer skills, so it will be something like 1 Distant Counter per 100 units, so maybe we'll have 7 or 8 by the time everyone gets rolled out.
