This is wrong. The APK downloaded from QooApp is the same as the playstore one. They don't mess with it and if they did it wouldn't let you install it because the developer signature would be different, you would have to disable signature verification to be able to install it in the first place. Also APK name isn't the same thing as package name. The package name is com.aniplex.fategrandorder and it's still the same as before. If it was different Android would think the apk is a completely different one.
