You can mess around with an image vectorizer like this if it's too low res:
vectorizer.io

Tinker with the settings until you get it as accurate as possible.

I suggest pasting it onto a solid color background beforehand though, as this specific site retardedly saves the checkerboarded background of PNG files as part of the actual image. Then just extract it off the background you put it on after you're done. Voila.
