Anyways, my condolences. The Cabal one on Mercury is easily the worst in the game, though traversing the Infinite Forest in either strike is just a fucking annoyance.

Is there any reason to use a delayed explosion weapon (as in True Prophecy, I'm not sure if theres any others) over a regular explosive weapon (in this case lets just say better devils)? or is it just worse because of the little delay?

I think the delayed explosive ignores damage falloff so you'll still hit for decent damage at max range.

As an Australian who plays with Europoors and Amerilards, it really doesn't matter. There's no servers, it's peer to peer, and the latency for the game is phenomenal only because it's client based.

The only time shit lags bad is when the party leader is some Brazillian with dial up internet while his brothers are downloading porn, clogging up whatever shit internet they even had.

The materials only drop if you have a verse in your inventory. So its more efficient to hold on to your last verse until right before the next reset, so you can keep hording materials and get a head start on the next set.

even when buffed, the sunbreaker class still dogshit because the upper tree is completetly useless and the bottom tree while being somewhat ok it basically forces you to jump around from sunspot to sunspot like a mad bunny, it fucking sucks

In D1 you could just fly over droping enough hammers to make Dresden look like a joke

Depending on where you say it, it's not entirely useful. If you have one friend you communicate with, you can really shitstomp a Strike/Nightfall boss. Did you ever see that video of those people killing Nightfall Savathun's Song in like under 10 seconds? It was with that debuff on Sunbreaker. +50% damage is no joke. The problem is most people will be plinking bosses with Kinetic, and not realise you've kicked the devil's flame into the bosses face with your knee.

My friend and I have gotten into a thing now that we laugh everytime; In a strike you'd just run around in circles and then knee the boss in the face, as with every boss pretty much, it does stomp and throw you right back so you knee it, fusion grenade it (then it stomps) and then as you're flying back (because guardians are paper light) shoot a rocket at it, while your friend is going ham to the wall.

We did that Heroic Adventure last night where you have to go into the Cabal simulation and that Cabal guy comes down and tears the Vex open and you fight him in three phases? Knee'd him in the face, friend Golden Gun Nighthawk'd him and he died on that very first phase.

I really really really hate the hunter throwing knives for gunslinger, so fucking much.

They do the exact same amount of damage as a melee attack but are a pain in the ass to land, have an insanely long cool down and the worst hitreg so unless you're fighting cabal good luck getting a precision hit to refresh the cool down.

Fuck why do hunters get such awful melee abilities? Honestly even the dodges kinda suck. Why isn't there a dodge that instantly starts your health recovery? Why isn't the explosive knive default?

I agree with his point about the War Beast skin being eververse instead of a raid lair reward, that was stupid, but the rest of his complaints here seems to be pretty unrelated to the raid itself and entirely to do with the current weapon system, so it feels weird to call it a raid review.
