It is bad. you're gonna open dozens of legendary chests if you keep to playing and the fact is, most of them won't have what you like, or they'll be duplicates despite you having only legendary items.

Try checking all the EU options except spain (spain has rubberbanding)

I finally found out what is unbalanced with Raigon that ppl including me are mad of. His recasts. They're both free extra gapclosers (E recast is fucking free I-frame as well, and R recast fucking interrupts casts) and that's dumb considering he already has too much of them already.

M2 is a little gapcloser and has rite that can increase its range. Space is obviously gapcloser. Q is not, but you can take rite to increase movespeed while doing it. R is gapsloser if you hit the wall (and you mostly do because knockback is pretty far). Hell, even ult is gapcloser (like he still teleports to you if he misses).

I also see that nearly every animeshitter is taking these recast rites, and I know that's for a reason.
